Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As a small business, we pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow extra time during busy periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping — $8.00 (3–5 business days after shipment)
• Express Shipping — $15.00 (1–2 business days after shipment)
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70.00

Please note that total delivery time includes both processing and transit time, so your order may arrive in 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

We ship to all 50 US states.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Frotty Island is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Frotty Island is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
